Often literature you are already using for your thesis will have tests that may be helpful in your research. Checking for tests in sources from your literature review is always a great place to start.
Next, you can perform a database search for empirical articles on social norms, deviance, and guilt to retrieve relevant information results that may have scales and tests included.
The guide " Tests, Measurements, and Scales" provides good information on finding tests and measurements. There are links to resources such as:
- Mental Measurements Yearbook and Tests in Print
- University of Texas Arlington - Tests & Measurements Bibliography . When working with this bibliography, start by viewing How to Search UTA's Bibliography tab that provides detailed instructions for how to navigate the database.
- Bibliography of books at Wilson Library that include sample tests and measurements .
If you are not having success with any of these options, you can make an appointment with a librarian at Wilson Library to further assist you in your research efforts.
