Two good databases to start with are: Business Source Premier and ABI-INFORM Complete.

In searching, think about whose perceptions you are referring to:  employees?  stakeholders? the public/consumers? This will impact keywords you select to use.  As well as what type of organizations you want to research: nonprofit? schools? corporations? etc.

To begin searching, try the terms "Perception" AND "organizations."  This will give you many results, from here you can narrow your search to fit your topic.

Here are the results of a quick search on "perception" and "organization", it can help get you started.  On the left hand toolbar there are subject drop downs, this can be a helpful way to narrow your search.
